And so it’s a day in january that i find a site out there that helps you stay on track with what you eat, what activities are done each day and so on. It’s called Calorie Count - A free service from about.com. So i thought ‘why not’ and sign up…nothing beats a free service site that can help you stay fit or even lose weight.

What i saw which was pretty cool is the fact that you have the ability to “tag” the foods you eat so that you can easily track it again with a few clicks making it easier to add to your food log on a daily basis, same goes what activities you do. They have a huge database full of any food or activity you can think of, including ping pong! The calories burned or eaten are automatically tracked and so it gives you an idea of whats done daily. this site is actually growing on me because i find myself wanting to stay focused and wanting to keep track of what i eat, and because i’ve kept up pretty much from day 1 i know exactly what i can have each day and what activities i need to accomplish.
i didnt mention before that when you sign up (it’s free), you go thru a list of questions to find out what body type you are and what kind of lifestyle you live and by that they’ll be able to tell you your projected date to reach whatever goal you decide on.
