So it’s a tuesday night, “The Biggest Loser” is on, and I’m sitting here thinking to myself ‘oh man, I havent been keeping up with my daily tracking on the calorie count website from about.com’ and so I log in only to find that I havent kept track of my nutrients, daily activities and weighing myself for atleast 3 weeks.
This is something I thought that I’d atleast keep up with, but theres always little things that interfere with your goals. For instance, your neighbor has a bad day and needs to have a drink to relax, and so we down some “Dewars White Label” on the rocks, or I have a bad day of work and decide to eat a nice large mesquite chicken w/bacon from Quiznos.
I always have these downfalls to where i actually feel sluggish after i eat a huge portion of anything, but i guess thats a good thing when you actually feel it in your body and how it responds. So this week i’ve been eating right, getting the exercise in and i feel good so far. Today i took a picture of my heart rate when i was on the treadmill just to have something that reminds me to keep it going.

I must say that watching “The Biggest Loser” really keeps me motivated, and i also find that having the program on tuesday is the perfect day during the week to keep me on track until friday, and thats the day i consider to be my “cheat day” where i allow myself to eat whatever i want. It’s usually the weekends that I also have trouble stickin’ to it.
